Flow states aren’t just for athletes. Brands have flow states, too.
When everyone and everything moves together seamlessly. The work feels inspiring. It feels easy. Or at least easier. And everyone who touches your brand knows exactly what it is, and what it definitely isn’t.
That said, no two flow states are ever the same. Every human being, brand, and organization is different. And each one has different goals, incentives, deliverables, and idiosyncrasies.
That’s what makes it interesting.

We're a team of player-coaches
Call it a model for eliminating unnecessary layers. Call it optimization to meet the needs of the modern economic landscape. Call it still loving what you do for a living. But we believe our “leaders” and our “doers” should be the same people.
We get just as much enjoyment out of shepherding brands at the highest levels as we do making things. And we really like making things.

Dave Taylor
Principal / Executive Creative Director
Dave is a widely recognized creative director and business lead who knows what it takes to get consumers passionate about brands in a way that makes a difference to a business’ bottom line. He has worked with companies from the global to the tiny including Specialized, Fox Racing, SRAM, Maxxis, Intelligentsia Coffee, Amazon, Uneekor and Outdoor Alliance. Not much makes Dave happier than a massive toe-side turn in blower pow, ribbons of single track, or goofing off with his wife, daughters, and his dog Master Jedi Yoda.

Jeff Siegel
Principal / Executive Creative Director
Jeff has written, creative directed, and stress-eaten at some of the best agencies in the U.S. He's served as a creative lead on TaylorMade, USGA, NHL, IOC, Tennis Channel, DirecTV, Capital One, Microsoft, and a number of other major brands that have been omitted to keep this paragraph from having an insufferable amount of commas. Jeff lives with three female bosses of various ages, none of whom are interested in hearing about his athletic accomplishments.

Eric Tepe
Principal / Head of Strategy
Part artist and part analyst, Eric is a strategy leader with over 20 years of experience helping brands live their best life. He’s done time at a range of top-notch branding, advertising, and digital agencies, partnering with brands like TaylorMade, Traeger, USGA, The U.S. Open, Beats by Dre, LA Rams, P&G, Autotrader, and Kroger to name a few. He lives for the thrill of wearing many hats—from athlete, musician, financial analyst, actor, writer, yogi, and greenskeeper to his favorite hat of all: Girl Dad.

Molly Magnifico
Client Operations Director
Molly is a seasoned marketing pro and account strategist who has split her career between creative agencies and brands. She specializes in pretty much every discipline that makes up the marketing, branding, and media universe. Molly has worked with a number of brands over the years including REI, Red Bull, EA Sports, Zumiez, Frito Lay, Chipotle, Nike, 7-eleven, and Street League Skateboarding. She is a much faster runner than her co-workers and, yes, that is her real name.
